Thank you everyone who stopped by to see me at Otakon this year! I did a lot better than I did last year X3 so I haven't totally lost hope in doing art for a living X3 If you are interested in large prints of Delivery or any other prints, please let me know! I had a number of people ask me about them. I do sell online and will ship anywhere in the world Just email me via my website contact page about it!

My next con is Dragoncon in Atlanta, GA! I hope to see many of you there. Please stop by! I will be in the dealers area, not in the comic artist alley But try to find me! Animazement 2009!

It's almost time for Animazement! I'm working a few new things for this con :3 Please come out if you can! I actually did the mascot and some artwork for the con book this year :3 I'll be in Artists Alley as always, but if I'm not there, a cute girl will be in my place to help you out :D

Definitely come out to the Friday and Saturday Night Dances! I will be hosting Friday Night's Dance and DJ Amaya will be hosting the Saturday Dance! Uchu sentai NOIZ will be playing two concerts throughout the weekend! Tomokazu Seki will be there on Friday!

Katsucon + Paranormal Puzzle Society

So it's 2009 and I'd like to start the year with a bang! Katsucon is right around the corner and so is the release of a video game I've been working on with Ludoko Studios called Paranormal Puzzle Society! Which is due to release on February 16th both available online via ParanormalPuzzleSociety.com and for the iPhone and iPod Touch!

So I have been working on the website- changed up the layout for now and I've added a Graphic Design section to the Gallery. I moved my Photo Gallery under the Artist Bio section because it's all random stuff that isn't really part of my work XD since I am not a photographer. It's more just fun things I do and experience.

I hope winter will be non-fatal this year to North Carolina, since it's already freezing here, it's kind of hard to want to go out- so I've been trying to be productive. I've got a ton of commission work I need to work on and I will post those when they are done :3

I also won the Art to Wear Graphic Design Contest, so I posted the beginnings of that under there. I need to back-log some old Purple Sky work there as well whenever I get a chance. So just look for updates here and there.

Here's a piece that I'm working on and trying to finish by the end of December! Look for more alice work from me in the near future :3

Nekocon and New Artwork

So I know I haven't updated here in a while, but Anime USA was fun :D and nostalgic. There's only one con left to go this year-- in November, Nekocon. I posted one new piece in the Gallery and a few new photos in the Photo Gallery. I am finally graduating in December! Yey! So I will be able to dedicate more time and energy into my work. So I hope to increase the amount of updates on here as well as just in general doing more work and better work for you all :3

Please let me know of any cons going on around the east coast next year because I'd like to expand the number of events I attend in the coming year, assuming that the recession doesn't become a kill-buzz for conventions.

Thanks for the continued support by many of you as always and I hope everyone has a great halloween!!!

Anime USA + Nekocon + Precious Miseries

So the last two shows of the year for me are Anime USA in Arlington, VA, and Nekocon in Hampton, VA! Please come out and hang out with me and all the other artists! I'd like to have some new artwork to feature, definitely at Nekocon, but only maybe for Anime USA! I will be sharing a booth at Anime USA with Kathy Yang and with Bryan Turner at Nekocon! Please also, if you can, go see Dir en grey live at Rams Head Live the Monday following Nekocon! OR see them on the Saturday of Nekocon in Atlanta! Yey support Diru!

If anything else, please enjoy the halloween season! I am always very inspired around this time of year X3 so I hope to be getting more new work posted here. I am also going to be graduating in December with a Bachelor of Art + Design! Yey! So hopefully I'll be able to find a job in my field and do some awesomeness!

I will also be announcing possible work/publishing with Precious Miseries in November! Come back later for more info on this X3

*** For those of you who live in Cary/Raleigh, I will be showing my work at Pitch Gallery for Eccentrik Festival again around the end of October and I will be showing artwork from December to January at Coffee & Crepes at Crossroads Plaza!

Dragon-con + New York Anime Festival

Hey everyone! I'm trying to get a bit of new work up while I have a few days left of freedom from school T_T! But it's my last semester at the NCSU College of Design and I will be graduating finally in December! Woo-hoo!

The next con up is Dragon-con! I'm definitely looking forward to being back. I will be next to David Wong in the dealers area. So please come see me! I look forward to seeing some faces from last year and a ton of new faces!

After that I will be heading off to the NYAF with Paint Pixel Productions, Anime USA with Asian Chaos, and Nekocon next to Paint Pixel again X3 I hope to see everyone at one of these before the year lets out into 2009. So please come!!!
